Uncovering features that families find valuable through rapid prototyping and user testing
My goal was to create a solution to help families manage and motivate household members to do their chores. My role was to tackle the to-do list / calendar feature of the Hometeam app. I conducted multiple live interviews over Google meet at different stages of the discovery process. Through multiple iterations of varying levels of fidelity, I created a calendar feature that was designed to show high-priority user tasks (chores) at a quick glance, and allow users to get higher visibility into upcoming chores.
