Hi, I'm Megan! I am a UX/UI designer based in Chippewa Falls, WI. I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a BFA in Graphic Design. My first job out of school was at a small web-development shop with nine employees- all nerds; the studio was complete with Mario wall decals and arcade games. We pumped in the coffee, and we pumped out compelling websites that our clients loved.
My focus as a designer is upon the user's expectations and needs. Building and designing on the web is a huge responsibility in these current times and a responsibility I take pride in. I love making products that are beautiful, engaging, and fun to use– but above all, making things that significantly impact the needs of a business and its users.
When I am not at work, you can catch me probably paddling on my SUP or canoe, dancing at a music venue, or eating at a quirky & cute restaurant. I love to spend the summers outside on the lake, play with my daughter, and explore the woods around me. In the winter, I like to get out on my snowboard with my kiddo or cozy up next to the fireplace (usually with my cats Harry and Juno) and watch a historical film or read a design-related or a biographical book.
